When do I pay?
Only when you download the file. Making it and previewing are free — you pay after you've seen and liked the result.
Is there a subscription or hidden fee?
No. Every tool has a fixed price shown upfront. You only pay for what you take.
Which cards can I use?
Visa and Mastercard from Azerbaijani and foreign banks. Payments go through Payriff on the bank's secure page — we never store your card details.
What is the balance — do I need it?
No. You can pay just the order amount. If you use Hazırla often, top up 10 ₼ or 20 ₼ to get a +1 ₼ or +3 ₼ bonus and pay without a card next time.
Can I get a refund?
If the file failed to download for a technical reason, or you were charged twice, you get a full refund. Since you see the result before paying, “I didn't like it” isn't a refund reason. Details in the Refund policy.
Is my data safe?
What you make is stored only in your account and never shared. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time.
Is the AI-written text accurate?
AI writes from the information you give it and makes editing easier. Read the text before downloading and change anything you need — you have the final say.
