Delete your account

You can delete your Hazırla (hazirla.az) account and its data yourself at any time. Deletion happens immediately.

  1. 1Sign in to your account in the Hazırla app or at hazirla.az.
  2. 2Open «My account» from the menu.
  3. 3At the very bottom, tap «Delete account» and confirm.

What is deleted

Name, email, password, phone; CVs, presentations, ID photos, invitations and guest answers, business cards, letters and other documents; images and music you uploaded; AI usage counters. Your name and contact details are removed from support chats.

What is kept

Order and payment records (amount, date, product) are kept without personal data for the period the law requires. Any remaining balance is not refunded.

Can't sign in? Message us through «Live support» on the site or in the app and we'll delete the account for you.
